What if I pay 50% and you disappear?
Every payment comes with an invoice from Sebastián Galli SAS. Weekly updates, and everything in your name from day one. If we run 2 weeks late, you can cancel: we refund what you paid (if you paid 100%, half of it).
Another agency left my project half done. Can you finish it?
Yes. We look at what's there and tell you in writing what can be reused, how much it costs to finish and by when. If it makes more sense to start over, we tell you that too. How we work with what already exists.
And after launch?
You get a 30- or 60-day warranty, depending on the project: if anything covered by the contract breaks, we fix it at no cost. After that, if you want, we keep looking after it at a fixed price. If not, you take it all, fully documented, and any team can pick it up.
What do I need to have ready to start?
Nothing technical. The proposal includes the list of what we need from you (copy, photos, access), with dates. If you don't have the copy, we send you a draft to edit.
What if I don't like how it turns out?
Before we write any code, you see the design and we adjust it with you (two rounds included). You pay the second 50% when you approve the delivery. If something doesn't match what we signed, we fix it at no cost before you approve the delivery. See all the terms on Pricing.
