The Challenge

Fly Uruguay sells scenic flights and made-to-measure charters over Uruguay's landscapes. The whole operation was coordinated by hand: bookings and quotes were handled case by case over messages, payments were settled off to the side, and there was no single place to see sales, inquiries and available seats. Federico François needed anyone to be able to book and pay online instantly — and to fill the empty seats of already-scheduled flights — without losing operational control of each flight.

The Solution

We built fly.com.uy end to end: a landing page with the experience catalog where customers book and pay through MercadoPago — each checkout records the sale and payment in the system, and MercadoPago webhooks automatically confirm or cancel the booking based on the payment result — a made-to-measure flight quote form (one-way or round trip, with airports, dates, passengers and luggage) and an empty-legs listing: seats on already-scheduled flights, published at special prices with direct inquiries per flight. Behind it, a role-protected admin panel where the team manages experiences, sales, payments, airports and the quote, inquiry and message inboxes, with a dashboard summarizing the month's activity.
