The problem.
The credit union was launching a new campaign, and anyone who saw it would head to the website on their phone.
COSSAC offers loans, a card and benefits to its members. The website had to launch on time, with everything one tap away on a phone and no need to call.
What we built.

What it's built with and how you take it with youTo share with your tech advisor: the technology, how it connects to the credit union's system and how you take everything with you if you switch providers.
The website is built in React with TypeScript and Vite, and it deploys automatically to the credit union's hosting every time something changes.
The calculator, the rates and the forms talk to COSSAC's system: that's where the payment, the total and the due date come from, and where the application, the inquiry and the complaint are sent. If that system doesn't respond, the rates fall back to a stored copy and the site keeps working.
What's yours stays in your name: the code, the domain and the accounts. If you switch providers, you take all of it with you and another developer can pick it up.
What changed.
Today members know how much they'll pay before applying, and they apply without calling.
And we still look after it: in August 2026 we added the footer rates.

What we sign before we start.
The price we quote is the price you pay.
If we're late, we take 10% off the price for every week.
What we need from you goes on a list with dates. If we fall 2 weeks behind the signed date, you choose: we keep going with the discount, or we stop, refund what you paid (if you paid 100%, half of it) and you keep what's done.
The domain, the code and the accounts are in your name from day one.
