Sebastián Galli, the founder, gets back to you in under 2 business hours.
The problem.
The app the technicians were using wasn't enough anymore.
Domotec maintains refrigeration, air conditioning and fire safety equipment at its clients' premises. It needed to know which equipment is due and when, prove the technician was there, collect the before and after photos, approve every job and give the client their report, even when there's no signal on site.
The timeline.
From the dashboard to the client portal in 10 days.
- Done. Day 1The project starts and the dashboard goes online that same day.
- Done. Day 10The portal for its clients, requested on , already online.
- You are here. Day 50
Today,
The dashboard, the app and the portal, working.

What we built.
- The technician app, for iPhone and AndroidIt reads the equipment's QR code, guides the job step by step and asks for the before and after photos. It works with no signal.
- The office dashboardWhere jobs get assigned, reviewed and approved, and where you see which equipment is due and when.
- The client portalEach client sees their locations and equipment and can download the report for every approved job.
- Connected equipment control, over Wi-Fi or BluetoothThe app and the dashboard show each connected unit's battery and cartridge, and let you arm it, disarm it or put it into maintenance mode; on the phone, even with no signal. Every action is logged.
What it's built with and how you take it with youTo share with your tech advisor: the technology, how it works with no signal and how you take everything with you if you switch providers.
The API is built in .NET 10 with PostgreSQL; the dashboard and the portal, in React with TypeScript; the app, in Expo (React Native), a single codebase for iPhone and Android.
The app stores the job, the photos and the videos on the phone and queues them for upload when the signal comes back. Each company sees only its own data, nothing gets deleted and there's a log of who did what.
It runs on Azure, with the infrastructure written as code (Terraform), and 2,636 automated tests check the backend on every change.
What's yours stays in your name: the code, the domain and the accounts. If you switch providers, you take all of it with you and another developer can pick it up.
What changes with DomoCheck.
No job reaches review without its steps and its photos: the system stops it, not the supervisor.
Scanning the QR code proves the technician was on site, even with no signal there. If the supervisor rejects a job, they leave the reason, the technician gets notified and the job goes back to them, with the photos from the first attempt saved.

What its clients see.
Every store Domotec services gets its own portal: its locations, its equipment and when each one is due.
When the supervisor approves a job, the PDF report is right there to download, on a computer or on a phone. And if the client adds someone with view-only access, that person sees the status but not the photos or the notes.
The dashboard, online on the first day of the project.
