The problem.
Getting every quote request to say what needs renovating.
A renovation company sells trust, and every quote starts with knowing what the person wants done. The first version of the website, which we delivered on June 13, already opened WhatsApp with a written request; the redesign makes that request say what to renovate, without anyone having to type it.
What we built.
- The floor planLiving room, bedrooms, hallway, kitchen and bathroom: tap the rooms that need renovating, or “Whole home”, and they fill with orange hatching.
- A message that writes itself“Your message” changes with every tap, and you can add trades, the neighborhood, a start date and a note. The button opens WhatsApp with it all filled in.
- A quote button for every tradeSix trades, from full renovation to painting, each with its button and its message.
- Ready for GoogleWith the company's details tagged so Google can read them.

Tap the bathroom and the kitchen, and the message already says so.
“I'd like a quote to renovate the bathroom and the kitchen.” With “Whole home” it asks for a full renovation, and you can add the neighborhood, a start date and a note.

The website is built in React with Vite, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. It's a static site: it loads fast and hosting it costs very little.
The floor plan is drawn in code (SVG): every room is a button, and the message is built in the browser, with no server.
It's set up to be hosted on Azure. The company's details are marked up with JSON-LD for search engines.
What's yours stays in your name: the code, the domain and the accounts. If you switch providers, you take all of it with you and another developer can pick it up.

The price we quote is the price you pay.
If we're late, we take 10% off the price for every week.
What we need from you goes on a list with dates. If we fall 2 weeks behind the signed date, you choose: we keep going with the discount, or we stop, refund what you paid (if you paid 100%, half of it) and you keep what's done.
The domain, the code and the accounts are in your name from day one.
